The basics
Lorelace sells personalized, printed-to-order products at lorelace.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to purchase. Orders ship to United States addresses only; prices are in US dollars.
Your personalization
You're responsible for the text you add to a design — you confirm you have the right to use it and that it isn't unlawful, hateful, or infringing. We review personalization with automated moderation and may decline to print an order that fails review (you'll receive a full refund if we do).
Made to order
Every product is printed just for you after you order. Because of that, personalized products can’t be returned or exchanged — but they’re covered by our guarantee: if something’s wrong with your order, we replace it free. See Shipping & returns.
Our designs
The designs, site content, and the Lorelace name remain our intellectual property. Buying a printed product doesn't transfer any rights to the underlying design.
Liability & disputes
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States; if something goes wrong, please contact us first — we respond within 24–48 hours and we'd much rather fix it than argue about it.
