Who we are
Lorelace (lorelace.com) is a US-based storefront for personalized, printed-to-order gifts. We ship to United States addresses only. Questions about this policy: contact us.
What we collect
We use guest checkout — there are no customer accounts and no passwords.
When you place an order we collect what's needed to make and deliver it: your name, email address, shipping address, and the personalization text you type into a design. If you choose to save a design with your email, we store that email with your consent.
We never see or store your full payment card details — payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
How we use it
Order information is used to print, ship, and support your order (including order confirmation and shipping emails). Personalization text is reviewed by automated moderation before printing and is printed on your product.
We send marketing email only if you opt in at checkout, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link (CAN-SPAM). We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share the minimum information needed with the services that run the store:
- Stripe — payment processing and sales tax calculation.
- Printify — printing and shipping (receives your name, shipping address, and the finished print file).
- Resend — transactional email (order and shipping notifications).
- Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and order data storage.
- Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics, which sets cookies; we use it to understand how the store is used.
Data retention & your choices
We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, support, and legal/tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your saved design or email at any time via the contact page, and unsubscribe from marketing email with one click.
